What you send us

When you use a quote form we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the two ZIP codes you are moving between, your move size and date, and any message you add. Quote forms are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, an email delivery service, which processes that submission on our behalf. We use your details only to quote for and carry out your move. We do not sell your information.

Advertising measurement

We run advertising on Google Ads and measure it with Google Tag Manager. When advertising measurement is switched on for a visitor, those services place cookies on the device and receive information about the visit — the pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser and device type, and whether that visitor submitted a quote form or tapped our phone number. We use it to see which ads bring in quote requests and to let Google optimise delivery of those ads.

The two things we count as results are a submitted quote request and a tap on our phone number. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number or address as part of that measurement.

When it is switched on

In regions whose law requires asking first (the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and similar), advertising cookies stay blocked until you press Accept, and we keep a record on your device of your choice, the time you made it and the wording you were shown. In other regions, including the United States, measurement runs without a notice, and you can still switch it off using the options below.

Change cookie settings

How long

Advertising cookies are kept by Google for the periods it sets, typically up to 18 months for Google Ads cookies. Your cookie choice is kept on your device until you change it or clear your browser storage. Quote request emails are kept in our mailbox as long as we need them for business and legal records.

Switching off advertising measurement does not stop you using this site, and quote forms still reach us either way.
